Liz Edrington received her M.A. in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando. She served at North Shore Fellowship in Chattanooga, TN for ten years, practiced as a counselor for about six years, and taught as an adjunct professor in the psychology department at Covenant College. Liz is the author of Anxiety: Finding the Better Story, which won The Gospel Coalition’s Book Award for Best Bible Study & Devotional Literature in 2023. She was a long-time steering committee member for Rooted: Advancing Gospel-Centered Youth Ministry, and she still considers teenagers to be some of her greatest instructors.
Liz Edrington serves as the Associate Director of Care at McLean Presbyterian Church and is passionate about fostering healthy relationships and seeing people become more of who the Lord has created them to be.
