Steven and his family came to America fleeing religious and political persecution from the Former Soviet Union. Steven has lived in Chicago for most of his life and settled in Virginia with his wife Jennifer after finishing seminary. Steven holds a BA in Bible and an MA in Theology. Steven has held many jobs including missionary, editor, and digital marketing strategist. He currently works as a Communications Subject Matter Expert for an international first responder association. Steven has a passion for Christian education and seeing people grow in their understanding of the Christian faith and the God they serve. When he is not reading theology, or hosting friends at his home, Steven spends quality time with his wife and rescue puppy, Roxy.
