Steven Garber has been a teacher of many people in many places, and was the founder of the Washington Institute for Faith, Vocation and Culture, now also serving as the Senior Fellow for Vocation and the Common Good for the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust, as well as Professor at-Large for the Economics of Mutuality, and for several years was the Professor of Marketplace Theology at Regent College, Vancouver BC. The author of several books, his most recent is The Seamless Life: A Tapestry of Love and Learning, Worship and Work.
An ordained minister and the first professor of Reformed Theological Seminary NYC in Manhattan where he serves as Professor of Old Testament and Dean of Students, Bill earned a Ph.D. in Semitic and Egyptian Languages and Literatures at The Catholic University of America. He completed his M.Div. at RTS Orlando and serves as a pastor at McLean Presbyterian Church.
Rev. Dr. Irwyn Ince, a native of Brooklyn, New York and resident now in Washington, DC, is the Coordinator of Mission to North America in the Presbyterian Church in America and the former Director of the Institute for Cross Cultural Mission. He holds an M.A.R. from Reformed Theological Seminary and a D.Min. from Covenant Theological Seminary.
Bruce spent the first portion of his vocational career studying and then working as an Environmental Chemist, having earned a doctorate in Inorganic Analytical Chemistry. Afterwards he was ordained as a Presbyterian Minister and following studies in Ancient History/New Testament he has worked the past 15 years at Reformed Theological Seminary - Atlanta, teaching New Testament, serving now as Dean of Students. Bruce enjoys long walks with his amazing wife of 30 years Rachel, discussing Scripture and its implications. They are both convinced that God is the God of life, offering us more instruction about this world than we give him credit for. Together they have five children, the oldest three of whom have special needs.
Erin Rodewald is a published writer, editor and communications strategist based in Northern Virginia. Her topics include civil society, community engagement, international religious freedom, and foreign policy. She is the author of the Writing for the Public Square blog.
